Information on Admission to K1 Classes in the School Year 2022-2023

The application of admission in the School Year 2022-2023 starts now. The application form can be downloaded from our website or you can also obtain it from school; in person.

A. Return of Application Forms

  1. The application has already started. The application form is to be collected together with the application fee of HK$40. Please notice that the application fee is non-refundable whether the application is successful or not.
  2. Complete and submit the application form to our school in person. Any application submitted by post will NOT be accepted.
  3. Submit your application together with the documents listed below:
  • A copy of the Birth Certificate
  • A copy of the Immunization Record (Both sides included)
  • 2 passport-sized photos
  • 3 self-addressed stamped envelopes (HK$2)

B. Interview Arrangements

  1. Parents must accompany their child for the interview.
  2. The interview CANNOT be re-arranged. Please attend the interview punctually.
  3. Due to overwhelming response, any scheduled interview time will NOT be able to re-arrange.

C. Admission Criteria

The applicant will be classified with the category below:

  • The interview performance
  • The applicant is currently studying in our N1 classes
  • The applicant with sibling(s) is/are studying in / have graduated from our school
  • The applicant with parent(s) graduated from our school
  • The applicant with parent(s) who are the staff from the Methodist Church
  • Living District

The applicant coming from families in need will be given due priority consideration when applying for whole day classes

(As the number of school places is limited, please note that NOT all applicants fulfilling the priority consideration will be guaranteed an offer.)

D. Application Procedures

Application for the “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission”

(hereafter referred as “RC”)



  1. The registration fee will be refundable if their child will be studying in our school in September.
  2. Parents can refer to the K1 vacancy information released by EDB from late January, 2022.
  3. Applications are welcome after the “Centralized Registration Dates”.
  4. Should parents decide to change school after registration, please notify our school in writing. We will return the “RC” but the registration fee will not be refunded. We will no longer keep the school place for the child.

1.The purchase of educational paid items/services (such as textbooks, exercise books, school uniforms, schoolbags, tea and snacks, stationery, etc.) is entirely voluntary and that parents can select the items according to their individual needs.

2. All fees will be adjusted annually and the relevant fees are subject to the latest official announcement of the school.
